  Lamb skewer recipe Ingredients 100g of fresh tomato puree 50ml of oil 1 clove of minced garlic 2g of chopped ginger 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder  1 fresh chili pepper (optional) salt to taste Black pepper to taste 400g lamb meat (leg or loin), cut into 2cm cubes 1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, cut into 2cm cubes Measurement conversion table preparation mode In a bowl, combine the tomato puree, oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, chili pepper, salt and black pepper. Place the meat cubes in this mixture and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Prepare the skewers, alternating cubes of meat, onion and bell pepper. Bake them in a preheated oven at 220C for 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings Difficulty: Medium Prep Time: 15 minutes plus marinating time Cook Time: 25 minutes
