Ingredients


  • 100g of fresh tomato puree

  • 50ml of oil

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 2g of chopped ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

  •  1 fresh chili pepper (optional)

  • salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 400g lamb meat (leg or loin), cut into 2cm cubes


  • 1 green, yellow or red bell pepper, cut into 2cm cubes

In a bowl, combine the tomato puree, oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, chili pepper, salt and black pepper.

Place the meat cubes in this mixture and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Prepare the skewers, alternating cubes of meat, onion and bell pepper.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 220C for 25 minutes.


Serve immediately.
