Simple Chicken Curry

 CHICKEN CURRY


Do you like chicken curry? Curry is a mixture of various powdered spices such as turmeric, cardamom, ginger, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, pepper and cinnamon. With an intense and exotic flavor, it is the right recipe for any occasion. With a sweet taste and the smoothness of coconut milk for those with a sweet tooth.


INGREDIENTS


2 chicken breasts

1 chopped onion

1 chopped tomato

2 minced garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of curry

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 can of coconut milk

olive oil (qb)

Coriander (qb)

salt to taste

 1/2 cup white wine (optional)

1 apple (optional)


METHOD OF PREPARATION



1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and curry, mixing well.

2. Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the chicken and let it brown, stirring frequently.

3. For those who like a more refined flavor, you can water the stew with white wine and stir again.

4. Add coconut milk, cover and cook over low heat. Let it cook for about 20 min.

To go with

1. Bring a pot of water (twice the amount of rice) to the boil and season with a pinch of salt. When it starts to boil, pour the rice, stir with a fork and cover, leaving to cook until it absorbs the water.

2. You can add 3 tablespoons of milk to rice for softer rice.


3. Serve the chicken with the rice, sprinkled with chopped coriander for a fresher touch.
