Ingredients
8 fresh tuna steaks
3 cloves of garlic
1 piece of lemon
salt to taste
2 pieces of onion
3 pieces of tomato
Apple cider vinegar to taste
olive oil to taste
Black olives to taste
4 units of large potatoes , cut into 4 parts, and boiled with water and salt
How to make
1. Season the tuna slices with garlic, salt and lemon.
2. Take to a skillet with some olive oil.
3. As soon as they are golden, remove and reserve.
4. In the same skillet add the onions, tomatoes, a little more oil, vinegar and place the fried tuna slices.
