Ingredients

  1. 8 fresh tuna steaks

  2. 3 cloves of garlic

  3. 1 piece of lemon

  4. salt to taste

  5. 2 pieces of onion

  6. 3 pieces of tomato

  7. Apple cider vinegar to taste

  8. olive oil to taste

  9. Black olives to taste

  10. 4 units of large potatoes , cut into 4 parts, and boiled with water and salt

 

How to make

1. Season the tuna slices with garlic, salt and lemon.

2. Take to a skillet with some olive oil.

3. As soon as they are golden, remove and reserve.

4. In the same skillet add the onions, tomatoes, a little more oil, vinegar and place the fried tuna slices.

5. Let it cook a little in the sauce.

6. Fry boiled potatoes.

7. Garnish the dish with potatoes and black olives
