 Easy Mutton Recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg of mutton

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 onion

  • 1 bell pepper

  • Garlic and paprika to taste

  • Cilantro and chives to taste

  • 1 ready-made vegetable seasoning

PREPARATION MODE

  1. Season the lamb with salt, paprika, garlic and seasoning of your choice.

  2. Cut the tomato, the onion, the pepper and put it in the pan along with the green smell, the seasoning ready and a little oil.

  3. Put the already seasoned meat to braise, then add water and close the pan.

  4. Leave it under pressure for 30 minutes.
