Easy pot chicken recipe
An easy and practical recipe to make for the whole family. Try this pot roast chicken, it's ready in less than an hour, and the tomato, pepper and parsley sauce is delicious, with a special touch of Knorr Chicken Broth. Take the opportunity to serve it with a portion of fresh rice and a salad, you will fall in love!
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon(s) oil1 Unit(s) of chopped medium onion
4 clove(s) of minced garlic
1 Teaspoon(s) of paprika
400 Gram(s) chicken breast cut into medium cubes
400 Gram(s) chicken leg cut into pieces
400 Gram(s) of chicken drumstick cut into pieces
1 unit(s) of chopped large tomato
1 Unit(s) of small green bell pepper cut into small cubes
2 cups of water (tea)
2 Knorr Chicken Broth Cubes
1 Tablespoon(s) of chopped parsley
Preparation mode

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes or Add the paprika and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the chicken pieces and fry until golden. Add tomatoes and bell peppers, water and KNORR chicken stock.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. Add the parsley, cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
