Chili Chicken


Ingredients


 ↠  500 g of chicken fillet

 ↠ 2 minced garlic cloves

↠ 1 chopped onion

↠ Salt and black pepper to taste

↠ 1 tablespoon oil

↠ 1 chopped tomato

↠ 1 bell pepper, diced or diced

↠ 100 g of mozzarella

 

 

preparation mode

1. Place the fillets in a bowl, season with garlic, salt, pepper, half the onion, mix and set aside.

2.  In a non-stick frying pan put the oil, heat the rest of the onion, the tomato, the bell pepper, season with salt and set aside.

3. Grill the fillets until golden on both sides, place in a refractory, place a slice of mozzarella on each fillet, place the red pepper sauce on top and place in a preheated medium oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

4. Serve immediately.
