Chicken Omelet

Making breakfast in a hurry in the morning or afternoon is really a troublesome task. On top of that, you don't get the cool edge thinking about what to make for breakfast. But there is a solution to your problem. That is chicken omelet. You won't need much preparation for this recipe. It doesn't take a lot of time either. On top of that, the extra pay is its nutritional value.

Ingredients to make Chicken Omelet:

  • 4 chicken eggs

  •  

  • Finely ground chicken 2 tbsp

  •  

  • Chopped and fried onions 3 tbsp

  •  

  • 2 tbsp chopped and boiled beets (can skip if not available)

  •  

  • Finely chopped young onion leaves 2 tbsp

  •  

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Sauce ingredients

  •  

  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  •  

  • 1 teaspoon of corn flour in 1 cup of water

How to make Chicken Omelet:

Beat the eggs and mix all other ingredients except the sauce ingredients together. Grease a hot frying pan with oil and add 3 tablespoons of dough and roll it round and fry both sides until brown. Fry each omelet in this way.

Mix all the ingredients of the sauce together and put it on the flame. After that, it should be stirred and taken down.

Place each omelet in a separate dish and garnish with sauce on top and serve hot. Masrum, cheese can be added to it if desired.
